Does Anyone Know What Happened To world-crisis.com?

I didn´t visit them for a while, and found the following message on the site:

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the the World Crisis Web will be next updated this coming weekend, 30th-31st July, 2005.

That´s almost a year ago! Even the contact form gives errors----
Pity. This was a very very good site (still is) with loads of original articles.

Anyone know this site and know what happened? Don´t tell me the owner "disappeared" or something, or I´ll freak out...
