Discovery Channel Future Weapons - Thermobaric explosives VIDEO

Just thought I'd share this, a rare look at how a thermobaric weapon works. It has some good video footage comparing the blast wave with normal High Explosives.

The link worked for me. Unfortunately, I had to click on 4 different links before I could actualy download the video.

Although, I'm already aware of the power of thermobaric weapons, the high-speed footage was quite impressive. The Discovery channel is always good for that kind of stuff.

My only complaint is that I wish they had used more realistic dummies for the test. Not that I really want to see anything morbid, but the hollow plastic dummies don't accurately portray the blast damage.
