What does Russia and China have to say about the NWO

What do countries like Russia and China know about the NWO? Are they part it? They surely must know more about the NWO than we do. What are they gonna do about it? Those countries are already under dictatorship and I'm sure their leaders aren't willing to give up their powers to some NWO.
