Echo-Hound Conspiracy: New Revelations surfaced

i don't know who to believe anymore. A friend told me about this rumored echo-hound thing that was circulating for years behind school/university doors. But finally someone out there has gotten the word out about these guys through a blog. If anyone has any kind of info about this echo thing plz share.
