How the 9/11 Attacks Were Planned

There were many circulations about how the twin tower attacks were planned, part of it that has come to my attention was the interviews from the people who worked in the Twin Towers talking about how there were many evacuations of the buildings 1 week before the attacks, and then after that the bomb sniffing dogs and security guards were released from securing the building. Why would this have been done? Why were the security guards and dogs relieved of duty after the evacuations, and why was no one allowed to examine the evidence of the wtc after the collapse? What could have caused this massive structure to collapse when the building was meant to withstand this kind of heat. And why on the video of the towers collapsing there were areas of the building that exploded apart before the collapse got to them? Some thread killers will comment me saying it was the weight of the building, but my response for myself and other believers is thats bullpoo.
