The report was is on @ 11 PM (right now) Ad Said, Werid Clouds, Contrails, Is the Govertment changing our weather on a Massive world scale?

Just though some may be interested.

www.nbc4.tv... nothing there yet, but they put a link to video the day after they show it.

That's just a conspiracy theory. The govt can't do that. And Kay Hutchinson didn't propose a board to oversee research on weather control either...

LOL I cant tell if that sarcasim or not and you believe or dont believe.

Personally I have done Zero research on the subject but I know I see alot of talk about it on here and figured someone might find it useful .. =)
