I saw a video clip about how the founding fathers intended to use America as the democrtizer of the world and wanted it to become the new atlantis, can anyone provide any feedback, links, or insight to this?

I just saw that video you mentioned! Its called; The Secret Mysteries Of America's Beginnings; The New Atlantis. Here is the link to watch in on Google Video's;

It is a pretty entertauning feature, though close to 3 hours long.
