Ethanol...Our Way Out?

In this crazy world of money hungry crazed oil feins, to many lives are taken everyday just for this reason OIL!! I really hope soon America and some of the other countries that are so reliant on oil will come up with a solution fast on other alternative fuel sources. And im not sure but i think we are on our way with ETHANOL. If we do find a way to use ethanol cost effectively and mass produce it on a level that all americans can switch from oil, i really believe we can just pull our troops out of the big OIL COUNTRIES and give the whole middle east and the rest of the countries that wave there oil flag over our heads the middle finger. But the big question is. DOES THE WEST WANT TO RID ITSELF OF OIL? I dont know drop a line and give me some opinnons. Later yall
