The Jesus Family Code

Let me get this straight, Jesus did the good deed with mary and had a family, which, for some reason having to do with wealth, power, and psychotic albinos, has been secreted away from the rest of us for a long time. Apparently, within the fictional boudaries of Dan Bown's novel, this family has been narrowed by time and destiny to this one young lady. So what I want to know is how did the family fare through the sixties? I mean, is this young woman a full time, stigmata-practicing semi-nun, or does she hate her parents like evryone else? We all knows what goes on behind family walls and it ain't always pretty. Adult children of alcoholics, domestic violence, drugs, incest, bad grades...what I'm saying is that just because you call it home it ain't neccessarily Christmas...
