Believe it or not, we had 3 X class flares in 24 hours.


Current total is now 7 for the past 14 days..

I was wondering if anything noticable happened when the flares hit us. I was trying to remember at what period we went through the international blackouts(NE US, Italy, Mexico, England, and Swiss I think) and if they were related to solar activity..

the blackouts were before all the solar activity... though high solar activity has caused blackouts (somewere in canada in the 1980's). the only thing i noticed was higher increase in aurora.
