NORFOLK — A tail section from an F-14 Tomcat discovered on a beach in Ireland came from an Oceana-based plane that crashed 3½ years ago off Key West, Fla., the Navy confirmed Tuesday.

Holy crap, that was at sea for a long time.

Maybe flight 19 is still floating around out there.

nah, flight 19's tucked away at the back of my garage.

Yeah, and that shows just how hardy the materials they use are. 4 years at sea.
