I've tried clicking it... and following it..

no links or anything, at least that I can find.....

Being that it is on the same "real estate" usually held by the Google "text" Ads and given the recent obscenities that have been showing up there, I would have to say its simply a result of ongoing maintennance/changes.

I read on another thread that it is exactly as the previous
poster said ... it's in place of offensive google ads.

that's my conclusion too...

Someone forgot to clean up their script while messing with the Google ads code.
