Just noticed this on Google. There's now a place off the main screen called "Google Trends". Type a search term in there and it will return a
search volume and news volume history and breakdown by world city and region. To the right will be appropriate news items pegged to the graph to show
whether or not the item caused a spike in searches.
Try "NSA" or "UFO" or "Illuminati". Thought it was pretty cool, especially the results for Cities and Regions. Apparently a lot of UFO
searches from Poland and, not surprisingly, "Illuminati" is a popular search in Germany.
