A recent video of Steven Greer "Disclosure Project"

Sorry if this has been posted. Seems recent to me. He and the Disclosure Project need our help. They can't do it alone. They have done a lot of good work and Steven Greer has briefed many government personal. But you can't expect them to be able to do it all on their own. We need to write/call our government reps and spread the word about UFOs and the Disclosure Project as much as possible on the internet. Lets all do our part! Here's the video:

Can you say why you think he's a fraud?

He's been claiming through the Disclosure project that's he's got spectacular definitive evidence, he has none. He's been saying he'll present it 'soon' for a long while now, he hasn't presented it.

If its comming up more of late, its probably because, when he first came out, peopel were willing to give him the benefit of the doubt. Then, over time, more and more people got to see that the guy is a bs artist, he has nothing, he promises much, he follows up not at all.

Well I watched the Disclosure press conference and he had a couple of dozen people get up, give their credentials and come out with some good solid testimony. If what they say is true then there's going to be significant pressure on those higher in the food chain to stay underground.

I think it's a pretty laudable thing to be doing. It's also interesting that in the video that was linked at the start of the thread he says that the week Bill Colby was going to meet him and give him some time and efffort, he was found floating in the Potomac. It might have had nothing to do with it - and there are plenty of competing theories about why WC was offed - but it is an interesting coincidence.

At the very least, he did a great organizational job in getting all those people together for the Press Club news-conference in '01.

At the worst, he's an incredibly balsy bs-artist, like Nygdan said, who had the guts (or stupidity) to throw away a high-paying career as an ER doctor for this project. That is the only reason I can even consider Greer's stuff... even look at it.

Plus, I used to goto high school with Greer's daughter and pretty much anyone who knows them respect him and his family.

I've never made up my mind, one way or another.

Listen to the first part this podcast Here by Agent Smith. He is interviewing Nick Pope (an ex UK Ministry Of Defence worker) on his view on the Disclosure Project, which he (Pope) has worked with. He does highlight the traceable validity of it's members, but also mentions someone anonymous who he feels is out to make money. Steven Greer perhaps? What do you think?

Well, if any of you bothered to watch the video that meshuggah posted, "Untold History of Disclosure Project", then you would know what Steven Greer has been up to and why it has taken so long for him to show his evidence. And remember, just because we don't see anything going on doesn't mean there aren't ALOT of things going on behind the scenes. Steven Greer is by no means a fraud. If you had any clue as to what he has been up against, you wouldn't write statements like that. Watch the video, do some more research. I would rather believe Geer or any of his high level whistle blowers than someone who uses a Username to conceal his true identity. For all I know that person might be buk-naked and wearing a bra over his head and rubbing his nipples while trying to convince us all that Greer is a fake.

Seeing is believing. Greer brought the personnel, they told their stories and now it is time for the world to believe.

Don't be fooled by nay Sayers, they are the frauds. They just use IGNORANCE as an excuse.

Yes. THis is called a Dog and Pony Show. Its nothing more that what we've seen wrt UFOs for a long long time now.

There's been a delay because.....the evidence doesn't exist OR its nothing like what he is claiming.

Dude,....where's his information? Here he is, making another video, blabbing on about how imporant 'change agents' (ie....himself) are, how "times like this" don't come along often, etc etc.

Where's the startling evidence? Where's the conclusive proof that he keeps holding back? Where's the extraordinary evidence to back up the extraordinary claims?

He's putting out a video and having a conference talking about how his information is awesome,again.

He's not presenting that evidence because he doesn't have it.

Disclosure came along to a press conference. Then puffe 9/11 happened and disclosure took the serious side of the a back-burner.

I can understand why many people would be suspicious of The Disclosure Project, as it is 2006 and we have yet to hear or see more regarding the matter of alternative technology. As for the study of Extraterrestrials, CSETI has had many close-encounters on Mt. On Conspiracy Central ( www.conspiracycentral.net... ) you will have to register for free, and then once you have, you can download the torrent and it should open by default to whichever Bittorrent program you use. Then it connects to the current "seeders" (people who have or are downloading it, that share data chunks with everyone else). Then once you have downloaded, usually it is proper torrent etiquete to stay seeding for awhile. But for the most part, just register, download torrent and hopefully that will work for you. There is alot of great stuff there. Also check out that Stan Deyo lecture I mentioned above where he goes over the indepth physics of UFO technology. He's more guilty of hyperbole imo.
Calling him a fraud is pretty strong language.

Many people have claimed this sort of thing many times, and yet, we are still here, on earth, without it having happened. If it does, I'll gladly be incorrect. I suspect it ain't happening.

Since 9/11 look at how well Halliburton has been doing. Look at the profits Exxon/Mobile and all of the rich oil are companies are making.
Not only that but you may have noticed the HUGE increase in your electric bill.
ABC News recently had a spokesperson on from one of the oil companies or some analyst on World News Tonight trying to convice us that high oil prices are good for the economy because of 40% of us invest in oil. and to paraphrase: "Do you think the price on oil is being manipulated by space aliens?"
