Cant Explain This

My mate was on google earth and he went to his house. There appears to be 2 unexplained things in the area:

Those images look a little blurry, almost as if they were put in there. I am not at all saying you did that, but is there any chance that someone modified the file in any way? Otherwise, I'd have to say that I'm clueless as to what this could be.

those seem real. I mean there too bright to be on the ground. Though the left object seems like a meteor and the right.


ahh they look painted in on Microsft Paint(have the blurry marks around them that all Paint files have).

Every so often on Google Earth you see artifacts like that. They could be lense flares, or just errors on the picture. I'm not sure what exactly they are though.

We were on msn and he was obviously on google earth and he tried to send me the image file of it but it failed.... so he said go check it.. so i did and put the image on here.... all the info is at the bottom of the image, check for yourself.

Like the rest of you i cant explain it, and Zaphod i can understand that being maybe a lense flare as thats what i thought at first but the one on the right has some sort of green gass?

Looked up the location on google earth, the odd (reflections) are indeed there, in fact theres a much larger one very close by that location.I'l try and post the larger image if needed.

Two reflections within a few hundred feet? reflections are rare and from space i dont think there can be two reflections so close froma satelite.

Well if u look at all 3 objects then u would see that they are all 3 pointing in the same direction, my 2 cents if that issent the sunglare from a mirrorlike object on the ground.

you can see that it's a reflection. Most likely a skylight or some other reflective source.

As in the photos above the shape is extremely similar and the angle is nearly identicle.

Remember the satellites pass at a great speed as they take pictures and it's impossible to rule out motion blurrs and reflections as the cause.

UFO over Florida?

Very wierd.... one things for sure thats no sun flare! and its on the google site so i couldnt have been edited

If its not something small up in space, and its not an image processing anomaly, then it might be casting a shadow of somekind on the ground dependant on its altitude and the position of the sun. But I don't see anythig. I'll hunt around the image.

One of these days somebody will organize the various strange things popping up on Google Earth and similar sites and put them on a website for everyone to obsess over. I suggest calling it: "UFOs Caught By Google!!!" Maybe three exclamation marks. I think that's about right.

They are interesting, though, whether they're alien spaceships, image processing faults, or simple light reflections.

it was an orb shape image in front of the sat. image...lemme see if I can find it again. Was prett sure that was the actual link to the picture source. Hmmm.

This is an interesting sight with a lot of google images and discussion on them. Thought you might find it interesting.

Very interesting stuff, i will look into it some further but i am affraid it will stay a mistery.
