I definitely don't want to be a mod now, sounds like a lot of work. Besides, I think you have to make one meaningful statement on this site before they let you be a mod.

BT, you know Alex Ross is in the Guiness Book of Wolrd records for selling the most expensive piece of comic book art? One of his pieces went for $60,000 for a charity event.

I've been a comic fan since I was 5; probably why I had an 8th grade reading level by second grade.

I love his work. Mark Texiera ( painted) is also stellar and Jae Lee did some stuff on 'Inhumans' I didn't think he was capable of.

I never really liked Jae Lee. He did some work on Captain America and I hatedit. His work seems kind of dirty and dark (for a lack of a better term).

I have no idea if my avatar is by him though. I found it on some site that had all these really great mermaid pics. Most were partial nudes though and I wasn't able to use them. I was happy to find a sexy one I could still use

That mermaid avatar was made by a very cool Japanese guy. I found a gallery of his stuff but don't remember his name. Search for "japanese pin up air brush" He's very famous.
