i'm not exactly sure what you mean, but the movie reminded me of a private sex club in new york about 10 years ago. i don't know if the club is still open but you went in you could watch people having all kinds of sex in different rooms.

The movie seems a little bit "out there".

It was Stanley Kubrick's last movie, he was going a littttttle nuts at that point. In my opinion the movie was just about a swingers club that happened to include a bunch of powerful people, thus all the knocking off of the whistleblowers in the movie.
