wierd internet problem: only parts of web pages load...

hey...

i am having a wierd problem with my internet...

only parts of web pages load...

for example, on ATS, only the ATS banner and those buttons under it load and nothing else...

the backround for ATS is present but nothing else that is supposed to be there...

also, this same problem occurs with other forum web sites...

i am currently on a computer at school...

i guess i could post a screen-cap in the future if that would make anything clearer...

additionaly, some sites, such as google, does not load at all...

this is very wierd indeed...

i am using internet explorer (but the problem continues with firefox)...

any help would be great...

all i needed to do was restart my internet router...
