OK, we have all read about 12 year old children being sued by the riaa.

We have all read about 80+ year old ladies being sued by the riaa.

I even read a case where they sued a family that did not even have a computer or internet access-really, i posted it at ats.

But this one really takes the cake, even for them.
They are sueing a woman who has be dead for two years, for pirating music on p2p networks.
Yes, I am serious.

Being a zombie has apparently endowed Mrs Walton with new abilities. When she was alive she would not have a PC in the house and didn’t even know how to use one. She certainly did not download anything before she croaked. Since her death, according to the RIAA, she had adopted the name 'smittenkitten' and had downloaded more than 700 tracks stored on her computer.




That's so pathetic. The RIAA is full of complete morons. Seriously now.
