Malaysia Urges Muslims to Unite Vs. Jews

Looks like the Malaysian PM is getting pissed at the powerful jews, but he doesn't promote violence, he only says muslims should unite in non-violent action. I think some may call this dangerous talk "final victory". I think the region is waiting to explode, and it won't be pretty.

After rights groups and Indonesian police implicated the army in the attack, the House of Representatives voted in July to deny military aid to Indonesia until the incident was fully investigated.

Most military ties had already been cut after the Indonesian army was accused of gross human rights violations when the former Indonesian territory of East Timor voted for independence in 1999."

I heard the report this morning, and before any further conclusions are lept to, I should point this out...

He said he wanted to encourage Muslims to study science and mathematics so that the Jews would no longer be the dominant ones in these disciplines.

In other words, they were the culture that cares most about education -- and it was time for the rest of the world to get serious about educating their own children.

He was also quoted as saying

Muslims must still be pissed after losing to "a few million Jews" in, hmm, Arab Israeli war of '48, the Sinai war of '56, Israeli air attack on Iraq in '81 and the Israeli invasion of Lebanaon in '82.

It is interesting how many of you use the term "Muslim" as a nation, one nation. It is a religion, not a nation. There wasnt any Muslims vs. Jews wars, those wars in the past were wars of Israel vs. neighbouring states for political reasons.
Many mations with majority of muslim population are fighting wars against eachother, like Iraq-Iran, they wont be united in something for long long time.
Also, a lot of states in the middle east hate Saudi Arabia, for various reasons. And what about Muslims in Bosnia, in the middle of Europe? They have absolutely nothig to do with middle east conflict.


I am surprised that malaysian prime minister has made the same mistake and refered to "muslims" as one nation.
He is right in one thing, countries with majority of muslims should invest more in education, economy, and of course weapons, after all, they do have the same right to defend themselves in case of an attack. Why would that be an exlusive right of western countries and Israel?
I mean a convicted mass murderer, war criminal, and right wing extremist has a finger on a nuclear bomb in Israel. If that is allowed, then why it should be allowed to a moderate muslim president to have something like that, just to prevent crazy nutcases to actually fire such weapon?

Balance of power might do that region some good.

Oh yeh, the reason why malaysia is so p*ssed off at the west is because the Corporate Western World has done everything possible in their power to prevent economic growth in Malaysia, including a gigantic economic crash orchestrated a few years ago.

I have to say that after reading the entire speach, I agree with about 90% of what he said.
Muslims need education, better economy, stronger military. They need to stop with terrorist atacks, and do something constructive to solve problems ( if you read the speech carefuly, thats exactly what he said). Muslim countries have to stop CONSTANT WESTERN INTERVENTIONS in their countries: colonisation, coup in Iran, iranian shah, Saddam (western puppet), american bases in Saudi Arabia, #ed up afganistan, the mess in Palestine, and so on. It has to stop.
Education is the key to peace in that part of the world, and organisation of society which is not against the rules of Islam. They need to take control of their own lives, and not be slaves and puppets of others.

Also the west should finaly accept that there are people who simply DO NOT WANT TO LIVE BY WESTERN RULES of life. They dont want to. Period.

The destruction of Jews and the nation of Israel is a "manditory religious obligation", set forth by Islam, and is a 'policy of destruction' that the Arabs and the Islamic world has practiced since Mohammed's time. Mohammed slaughtered the Jews at/in Medina, in 622, because they, the Jews, would not except nor claim him as the "one true prophet".....and the story goes on, according to history. Whats note worthy here is that he mentions the "ideas" that the Jews "run the world", not once, but three times.....in retrospect.......
this very same belief: that Jews invented socialism, has been used for many, many years as an outlet for anti-semitism. Its the/a belief that Jewish bankers somehow control the world. This was a strong belief, and the very same belief, expressed by Mahathir, among followers of Nazi Germany! Another Holocaust? Another 6 million +/- to die for the cause of the destruction of Jews and Israel, mandated by Mohammed....the religion of "Peace"? I mean...it is a "manditory religious obligation" after all, right?

I would urge those interested to go to the malysian news-site bernama.com where you'll get the full text: there's scarcely a mention of Jews and there is an explicit distinction made between Jews (who, like all believers and non-believers are spread out on the axis from decent person to utter swine) and militant Zionists.

In my view religion is the cause of a lot of hatred in the world today.

A lot of the muslim extremists have had sh1tty lives and no education, unlike you or I Seeker. So try not to be so judgemental. Are you religious yourself Seekerof?

If so, I would guess that you were jewish or christian, yet I would hope and believe that you do not want to destroy all non-believers, but only because you have had a good life and a good education. Religion is all some of these people have left, so they choose to die in the name of Islam, this doesn't make it right by any means, but it is a more intelligent way of looking at the subject than your method of labelling all muslims as monsters intent on the destruction of all jews.

Religion + bad influence + hard life = bad news.
