Kyoto Treaty

I heard somewhere that this UN document was about controlling Global Resources in the desguise of Global warming. I cant find the kyoto treaty anywhere online......can someone offer help or insight please?

nb25 , Here is an article that has a bit of a slant to what you are referring to, about the global economy.
