Secret Goverment Craft Question.

What would a scenerio be for the Goverment to unveil it's stash of "Black Project" craft? I thought after 911 we would of seen a few "strange" things in the sky but I saw nothing nor was anything reported to my knowledge. Why would they even have these things and not use them? I'm mainly asking about the ufoesque crafts.

All black object craft are eventually used, when they are ready. I'm sure there are a few things in the works, or even being used we don't know about, but give it time, they become public knowlege quickly enough.
