You are getting excited over nothing. The green efeect is caused by the the poor video quality. The whole video is very blurry, you cant see a thing! Do you really think all the people around her wouldn't have noticed her face change like that? No offence but give your head a shake.

Grrr, its only because you are not seeing it how I am seeing it. You prolly paused it at the wrong time. How in the heck do you not see that?! I can... maybe my video quality is better? I don't know. Why was I banned anyways, that wasn't fair. I didn't even do anything.... The government did that because I was spreading the truth in the other forum. I already got the posting ban. The video shows no conclusive evidence whatsoever. It does, however, demonstrate that highly compressed videos/images can and will contain visual anomalies which will allow for MANY different interpretations depending upon WHO is viewing it.

Honestly, there's nothing there to draw any true conclusions from ... :shk:

Nah I know what you are talking about. I have come to that conclusion as well.. I guess I just didn't realize it. Oh well. Thanks for pointing that out. My first thought was that, but I thought it would be interesting to post it up here anyways.

As for the Queen shapeshifting like others said bad video quality however i wonder if it will be on BBC sometime tonight.

Well :/. I must say that I am very open to all possibilities. Including reptilian humanoid's running the world. However, I would have to agree with everyone else. That video looks more like the result of terrible quality. You can see the exact same distortions on her shirt, and all over the background.

Ok, I have worked in video and film for the last 10 years, let me explain...

I can clearly see the green you are talking about, however, I have seen this many times before with bad video compression. The problem is with her bright red/pink outfit that she has on. In NTSC video format red is the worst color to have on film because virtually all of the compression will be on the red which causes a bleeding effect that causes the colors around the red to be off color, sometimes to extremes like in this video. The green on her cheek is obviously a shadow or some slightly off color skin tone (perhaps even makeup) that is taken to the extreme of green. The "scales" are simply pixelization from the low quality compression.

I'm not saying that reptilians don't exist (whether I believe that or not), I'm just saying this is not fact for this case, sorry.

Now, it has been said before, in the David Icke forum, that to successfully capture a reptilian on video, you would have to develop a special type of video camera that operates on a different vibrational frequency. David would probably be the first to say that.

I'm personally very open and receptive to the idea that Reptilians are around and have always been around. But what I saw here was just a terrible quality streaming vid. Yes I did pause it later on at the 1.28 mark where she does incur all that green corruption, and yeah I saw that Joker from Batman look too!! Haha I'm glad I'm not the only one who saw that on first viewing too.

Hmmm that was kinda freaky, on 1:28 she did look sortof reptilian. I can see why truthseeker1111 thought she was. But it probably was just bad reception. It was blurry the whole time.

I want my one and a half minutes back, boring video thats all grainy. Never do this to me again please.

Just wanted to post I saw the Joker smile on her left cheek too. Of course it could be the compression of video but I won't rule out that it wasn't a capture of a possible truth either. Undecided and will have to stay undecided for me.

It's funny because before I read about the other two Joker posts, I thought my how the left corner of her mouth seem to really rise unnaturally resembling Jack Nickolson's Joker character. Who knows without a clear, still picture to go on?
