Scotty McClellan calls it quits!

Poor Scotty. I guess that he could not continue dodging the questions from Helen Thomas. And with that, he goes whining into the night.

With him quitting, that must make a record in Presidential history. I don't think that there is any other instance in an administration that so many press secretaries have quit. I know, on the average, there are usually about two. But, it seems that Mr. Bush is losing them left and right!

God help the next press secretary. They have a major mess on their hands to handle--especially with all this war talk about Iran.

As for Karl Rove, he's not going quietly. Let's say he's being reshuffled in order to prepare for the 2006 elections. He's about to be his most useful. I'm waiting to see his usual shenanigans of spreading lies about opposing candidates as well as the other usual grab bag of electoral goodies we expect from him. He's just about to get his hands dirty, that's all.
