Create an energy than radiate

I have watched peoples moods before and noticed one day "A" person will have lifted spirts but "B" person is down and the next day vice versa.

I wondered often about why that is. Its almost as one feeds off one and it goes back and forth. I always wondered if two people could have really happy spirits and feed off eachother and allow it to be a snow ball effect.

Now what if a person who was familar with increasing energies on a mysctical/magical like method. What if you did this with a particular emotion like love & empathy and than radiated this energy to another person and they were amazed and a pyramid effect happened. I guess you would need to be strong willed,well knowledged and a master of such craft.

Possible? Or romantic thoughts again?
