Center Earth...quake

I listen to some misc clip of Chuck Missler the other day and he was talking about the center earth refernced in the bible as a transition point for souls that were not ready for heaven. Does anyone know anything of the sort?

I thought about this prior as x amount of people die and if it was to be held as true maybe its direct relation to the major quakes we had last year.
