I am curious how many people think something will happen on a large scale with Bush in office from now until 08'?

I have always watched such topics for years and never felt anything on a grand scale would happen until now I am just curious how many people have had same sort of views.

Also I am guessing the first spark would be with Iran one way or another than pulling in Russia/China versus the USA. Any thoughts?

Well he said he's not bringing the soldiers back until...well actually he's gonna leave it for the next president. He'll be out of office in 2008 (or 2009
).

I think that another 9/11 type attack will occur, (with the government behind the attack, of course) and martial law will be declared. Everyone will be in shock, and they will allow it.
I am sure that there will be little resistance to martial law, as a similar thing happened with the patriot act being passed after 9/11 (but it was for the good of the people right? :@@
. The people fighting for freedom will be called "Terrorists"

umm...

As far as the American Election Process goes, President Bush will remain in his current term which ends in 2008.

He hands over the reigns, and leaves his office permanently 2 weeks before the 2009 state of the union address in late January. So yeah he stays on for a week to 2 weeks into January of 2009, though his term is up 12/31/2008.

I'm not sure I get the point of this thread.

Well, I have a feeling bush will pull something to STAY in power somehow, kinda like him winning in 2004 but he will declare himself as the president for as long as he lives?

I know it's far fetched but I do fear it...I don't want that guy for a day longer than 2008...

GrOuNd_ZeRo, that may happen, since bush is one sneaky guy. He will probably pull another "Terrorist" attack, then he will declare martial law, and then, he will become as dictator till his death, then when hes dead, I will spit on his grave.

Bush in longer than 2008? ...um I'm really glad I'm Canadian. Even if he is out when his term is up that's still almost three years of him. Surely he can't make his term last longer.

You should worry, because bush will take over canada soon after he stays in after 2008.

i think that it's pretty much Bush's job to ruin our economy to pave the way for it's collapse, which will lead to our government crying out how much we should switch to the euro, and when we do that, then they will say how great it is and that now since most of the world is using one currency, we should have microchips implanted for both our identity and also to replace the euro.

Bush's job it to wreck what the federal reserve started, and also to incite a war, probably with Iran, and then it will be up to the next president to bring about our incorporation into a one world government to fight whatever country we have imagined that is threatening our "freedom". also remember, that whoever is president in 2008 will be president in 2012. that's all i have to say about that.

Well, don't take this the wrong way guys, but in the Bible Code it has been said that he might be assissnated in 2009.

Aparently, he is to institude the draft sometime during this war, and obviously how the public would take it. Next, the assassin will have some sort of religous connection between the event and the events happening around him. Now, this doesn't make much sense that he would even be in office still in 2009 unless this war turns much worse causing us to call off the next elections.

Though this prediction could simply mean that he could be murdered out of office. With respect, but it seems more likely that he's going to get impeached soon. But we all know how much he's been pushing it.

The American economy is in good shape. It's the best it has been since the early "Clinton years". And that is saying a lot with oil prices how they are. President Bush has helped the economy. But hey don't let the "facts" get in the way, right?

That would never happen in a billion years. We can't have the euro we are not part of europe!

Huh? A Bible code says Bush will be assassinated in 2009?
....where in the Bible would this be? It actually is likely that all nations will be under a one world currency someday. Think of how much more nations are connected then they were say a hundred years back.

ok, first of all, this is my opinion. nowhere in my post did i say "This is what is going to happen" but rather what i thought MAY. so, with that being said mr. phone, let me explain to you why i hold this opinion. The war in Iraq is costing us around 200 million dollars a day (estimate). if you wanna see how far into it we are now, check out the running tab HERE. you say that our economy is the best it's ever been, and i disagree, so why don't you show me some proof that our economy is in tip top shape? oh, i know why, because it's BROKEN. the United States is about to hit a 10 trillion dollar debt ceiling, as shown HERE
which has never been done before, so don't tell me that the economy is wonderful, because you're the one with the delusions, not me.

which will lead to our government crying out how much we should switch to the euro

Originally posted by Boatphone That would never happen in a billion years. We can't have the euro we are not part of europe!

that's true boatphone, we aren't part of Europe, but if you've spent more than 30 seconds on this site, and you have an education higher than a bucket of mud, and you know anything about the New World Order's plan, then you should know that they are working towards a one world government. let me say that again, just so it sinks in... a ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT.

so, if we were, theoretically, a one world government, then it wouldn't really matter if we were a part of Europe or not, now would it? wouldn't you agree that if the world were under a one world government, mr. phone, that whatever currency the leader or leaders of this said government wanted us to have, we would have? one government and 20 currencies isn't any good for them, but one government and one currency IS good for them. The European Union forced the Euro on all of Europe, and they LOVE it (as far as i know, if you Europeans hate the euro, please let me know, because if im wrong, then it was simply forced on you and you hate it.)

Well, let's see... once again, referring to the plan of the New World Order, and taking in references to the mark of the beast or the antichrist, once there is a one world government in place, and a one world currency, it would be in the government's interest to mark all of it's inhabitants, so that they can be kept track of. this makes sense, because if you look around you today, the gevernment is already trying to get you to microchip your pets. you can read about that HERE. this is just the beginning. Europe is now trying to implement a National ID program in which anyone who wishes to travel requiring a passprort also has to get a gevernment issued ID card that includes your biometrics or perhaps an Iris scan. you can read about that HERE. it is true that it is only an IF that it may go through, but once again, im stating my opinion boatphone, and i would have hoped that you would respect that, because if you had, i wouldn't be writing this long and informative reply to you now.

ok boat, let me break this one down for you, and i admit, i was a little uninformative in my previous post, but i hope this one will at least enlighten you as to why i hold the opinion that i do about this. it's already a factor that we will soon be going to war with iran. they want a nuclear program, they're testing new weapons and missles and torpedoes right now. here's what foxnews.com has to say about THAT. or maybe you'd like to see their new toys? try HERE or HERE. so, as you can clearly see, Iran is gearing up for something big, and they want nukes pretty badly. the U.N. doesnt want them to have them, but that's not going to stop them. so, boatphone, in conclusion, i have presented my opinion, and this time, id appreciate it if you regard it as that and not some incoherent ranting. and TorqueDawg, I've had a psych-eval. see, you HAVE to have one if you work for the government, which i DO, so you need to post something with some substance or go back to the hole you came from.

oh, one last thing, the comment i made about the bucket of mud, i wasnt referring to you boatphone, i was just making a general statement. in fact, i appreciate your post, because it forced me to go back and explain more clearly my opinion. so thank you.

Its sooo funny, every time a president is elected, there are people who call him evil and that he wants to stay president for more than 2 terms or even life. The thing is, that never happens. In 2008, he will step down. I assure you.
