FRANKFURT (Reuters) - A high-precision radiation therapy for cancer that can be used to treat leukemia patients and children will be developed
commercially for the first time and could reach hospitals in three years, a Siemens executive said on Friday.
"an extra five to 10 percent of cancers would be treatable with the new type of radiation"
