i get so many pop-ups (as many of us do)...

i would like to know what is the best free pop-up blocker out there now...

The windows popup blocker I would deem the best. It comes installed with Service pack 2 that you can find at Windows Updates

Avant Browser is my weapon of choice.

If you are running XP, with all available updates, and sufficient security software, then most likely the pop-ups you are getting are being "served-up" from your own computer as a result of crapware infestation.

For starters, try doing a House Call. More than likely it will help/fix your situation.

specifically, with EVERY PAGE that i view, this pop-up come up:

is there anything i should be looking for, besides just scanning my computer with ad-aware or spybot, on my computer that may stop this???

Be sure to do a full system scan. It may take awhile, but it's well worth the time.
