This is me and my mom right before she past away three years ago.

I know I don't look 40 years old and my thick, bushy mustache is outdated.

My Portuguese & Italian blood prevents me from shaving it off!

It's a scanned image that I did not bother to edit. That is why it looks so crappy!

Now you know what my ugly mug looks like!

Russian soldier you are only lifting 90 pounds there. Plus the weight of the bar. Doesn't seem like much of a challenge to me. I bench around 220.

Actually it looks like he is lifting (assuming the bar is 45lbs) 160lbs.

There appears to be a 45, 10 & 2.5 on each side.

I military press 150lb 10 times every weekend (which is what's in the photo, in case you know anything about weights, and you can read on the plates, and the bar of course is 45lb
) military pressing is alot harder then benching, hmm you say you can bench 220? Well try military pressing that more then once
tell me how it feels, pretty hard ain't it?
As for benching, I don't bench too much weight ( I can do over 200 but since no one can watch me, I do less more times so that I don't end up with a heavy bar on my chest with no escape
, I just do this weight too, I bench it 20 times )

lol, I actually started with 95lb
a long time ago when I first started weightlifting, and it was the bar plus 2 25lb weights, this one is the 45lb bar, 2 45lb plates, 2 5lb plates, and 2 2.5lb plates.

Peace, why don't you post a photo of yourself, btw, big man?

I posted a pic a looong time ago. It is buried somewhere within this thread. My mistake I didn't see those other weights on that bar as well. My bad lol. Here are a few pics mind you they are 2 years old.

I military press 120 pounds 40 times every 2-3 days. (Two reps of 20 each time)

Oh my, so many cute muscly boys.

Must take some serious work to get there, I gave up after a few
months myself.

My routine goes like this. Every 2-3 days I curl 30 pounds 40 times on each arm ( 2 reps of 20), do 250 crunches, 60 curls each arm but instead of doing it the normal way I use my Pectoralis (2 sets of 30 don't know the official name for it lol) then to end it I do the military press with 120 pounds 40 times (2 sets of 20)

On weekdays I do 80 fist pushups and 80 special ab workouts, every 2 hours, for the whole day. I also take a walk in the park. lol

On weekends, I go to the house, where all my weights are and I military press 10 times 150 lb, 4-5 times a day, bench the same weight 20 times, also same number, right after I military press, then I throw knives, punch heavy blocks of wood, I'm gonna get some bricks to break soon, too, I do 30 pullups when I go to da house, shoot, practice with da machete. I need to get some adjustable dumbells ( the ones where you can take the weight off or add more weight) when I used to go the gym I curled 55lb dumbells 10 times and military pressed them 10 times, but its been a while and I need that workout to tone my biceps and other parts which the barbell isn't toning, hopefully when I get a new job I will buy myself a pair of adjustable barbells...and a new punching bag, I anihilated my old one
lol
