As for benching, I don't bench too much weight ( I can do over 200 but since no one
can watch me, I do less more times so that I don't end up with a heavy bar on my chest with no escape

lol, I actually started with 95lb
a long time ago when I first started weightlifting, and it was the bar plus 2 25lb weights, this one is the 45lb
bar, 2 45lb plates, 2 5lb plates, and 2 2.5lb plates.
