I envy you! Great wall o' books man! All my books are laying about, boxed, or stored on mismatched shelves cobbled together from scrap wood. I have a LOT of books, but I don't have such a nice place to store them.

I like your set-up a lot. From one bibliophile to another, very spiffy.

Very cute pics

I just got back from Brazil, so I suppose I could post a few of those pictures.

This one is me on the beach in Copacobana I believe. All hail my mighty whiteness! (Seriously, isn't it bad?)



This is my in Rio de Janeiro on the "Sugar Loaf." You can just barely see the Cristo in the background. We also visited that if anyone wants pictures.



And finally, me in the historical church town "Ouro-Preto." It had a lot of cool churches to see, one of them containing 900 pounds of gold in decorations!



For most of the trip, I stayed in a city called Belo Horizonte, but we spend 3 or 4 days in Rio. It was awesome.

Herman , you liked the trip eh? I think latin countries have like their own awesomeness its great (and as you you said the churches are mighty fine lots of bling bling)

I would like to add I have been to Brazil and had a blast but the fun part of it leaving the england airport....my brother lost his cell phone and wallet!!!

luckily som eguy called my mum and told her that he had his stuff and sent it back home in a few days...lucky him...He couldnt have been bakrupt in minutes

Alright, considering I can never seem to find the time to actually take
a picture of myself (atleast one that is ATS appropriate), I figure I'll
just use my ID card photo for the time being.

It's a craptastic photo though, and I was trying to be emo and neutral
at the same time expression wise.
Plus, my hair is completely blonde now.

I guess I'm going to have to stop having preconceived notions about what other ATS members look like because I always seem to get it wrong. I had the idea that you were in your mid 30's because of your writing skills and how you express yourself.
Your views on the world always seem to be coming from the point of view of someone much older.

Thanks guys. It was definitely a fun trip, though. I was an incredibly obvious whitey, so I got targeted by my fair share of homeless people and the like, but those are just more stories to tell my friends.
