Guess who needs your help AGAIN?

Tapping on the wall or knocking does not scare it..it seems to move closer, I'm sensing it's trapped you guys.

Also, I nearly forgot, below my house is a second living area where my landlord holds his office, it could have come from below?? through the venting and very well may be stuck? It is 3am and it started around 12am, as I've been home all night. I won't be able to sleep that's for sure hearing that all night..

Best bet, since you rent, is to wait and let your landlord handle the problem. That is why you pay rent. Animal control should know ways to drive them out (such as the proper kind of smoke bombs or perhaps distress calls). I doubt if the animal will die in the next few hours (they can last for days in situations such as this). Recording of animal distress calls have be used quite successfully in driving birds away from buildings. But my advice is to let your landlord handle the situation. That way any damage done will be his problem.

I'll call him first thing in the AM, guess I better go make a pot of coffee as I know won't be able to sleep. It get's pretty loud at certain times..It's reassuring to hear that it shouldn't die in the next few hours..thanks you all, you're the best

Anyway, it sounds bigger then a rat as it has bumped and scratched on the wall now for about 2 hours as though it's desperately trying to get out.
