Is this only the tip of the 'iceberg' showing that there was a relationship between Al-queda & Iraq (not necessarily 9/11 connection) but a connection nonetheless?

The dissemination of “US Forces” information to the Iraqi regime or more information on further Iraqi cash outflows to France does not come as a particular surprise. Russia (and a few ‘other’ influential nations) had strong ties with Iraq and vested financial interests inside of Iraq’s borders. However; Russia’s Putin also warned the US about Saddam’s planned attacks inside the US.

Imo, the rest of the posted article makes logical sense and there will be more exposure and more of these translated documents/recordings as time progresses; albeit agreed not necessarily to the liking of many.
