If a person with blonde hair and blue eyes is around with his or her friend when there is a possiblity of An attack would the blonde hair and blue eyed persons friend be in Danger?

Do you mean if there was an attack with a reptilian involved? Yes you would be in danger also...reptilians just like blonde haired blue eyed women for sacrifices. Nothing will change with you, they will still hurt you. As they have no emotion and not a care in the world.
