hi
i was wondering where to put this thread but i cant come up with a better place than this, in the UFO area....
well...the thing goes like this....i live in dominican republic, (its an island next to puerto rico, we share the island with haiti, but we have two diferent goverments), and there'r more than 1,000 US military, the press say that there are 9,000 US military in a small city far away from the nation capital, the press also say that they want to increase the number of US military to 14,000 :S
they have black hawk that fly at low altitude, US military personnel all over a hill, they have hummes blocking the street,....well...the roads...because there is no street in that area, they have closed a hill, and no body can go there.....we dont know why, the people are all scare, and im kinda freak out about it, i post this here, because most of the people in that area of the country knows that there is a lot UFO activity in those area, but no body cares about it, because they find that normal, i dont know if that have anything to do with the hill that they deny the access to, the goverment haven't say anything about it, the governor of the province say that is to risky to say anything, the US military say that they are here just to build hospital and stuff like that, but they have been here for a looooong time now....and the people over there say they have't build anything....the link to the news page where i saw that is no longer there, they remove it, most of the people here know that because, of the relative they have in that province (barahona).
does anyone knows about the operation they are doing here? why there are so many US military in that province? why they are so interested in that place....in that hill?, why so many military hardware just to buil a couple of hospital and schools? why they fly at low altitude, even in the mind night :S if they are building..."schools" why they are blocking the access to the hill?
as long as im concern...they DO NOT have juridiction on this country
can anyone help me with this?

there is definetly more going on then seems, they do not need low flying military aircraft to build hospitals, or need to block off the hill and have so much military at a construction site for a non-combative building

yeah...and that's not all...if they where building hospitals and schools, they will be building it on the province city....not in the forest or a hill

how far is the "hill" from a heavily populated area?? If it is really far off from a big town or city then their obviously building a little more than a hospital, or hiding something...

the name of the hill is:
loma del Curro (hill of the Curro)
i dont know if the hills or mountains are close, but the barahona province (where the US military is right now) and the santiago province, are a couple of hours from each other
and BTW....the news paper El Nacional (in this link ufocasebook.com...), is the same news paper where i first read about the US military in barahona.
