Posting of a link

Got a question about the ability to post a link to another website (not a conspiracy site) to post a well known flash file that I find everyone would benefit from. So mods let me know if it's legal. I know i'll prob have to contact the other guy and ask permission if it is.

Is it a file you can upload in the Member Center? That way, you wouldn't be using his bandwidth....

sorry was gone for a bit. I don't see a way to download it. I probably have to have permission from both sites to link it to another. don't know if anyone has seen it here yet. Life by cynical is the name of it. I won't post the website yet as I'm not positive that I can without consent from both websites. it is not a conspiracy site thought. kind of a site that does alot of flash movies and such.
