Dunno, but seems to me the Cdn Gov stand alone and are protective of the Country and it's people.
Except where the U.S. Military is concerned. I feel in that area there may be some sort of agreement in that area, possibly for a long-long time.
That is to suggest Canada has handed over all matters dealing with national security and it's advanced technologies to American control. In return, Canada's NATO commitment in money and offensive hardware, etc.. is seriously lessened to what was agreed to after WWII.
