Can a moderator help me with a post edit?

ATSNN news submission

When I submitted an ATSNN news submission I inadvertantly posted a BIAS news title. We all agree it is an important article and if the submission title had been different then everyone would of voted yes.

I submitted it last night, and today my editing privelages have expired.

Can a mod read the thread and put in my recommended edit for me? I would appreciate that. Thank You

Thank you can you put a period at the end of the introduction. I am still getting no votes to fix in the introduction. The only thing I see wrong with it is the missing period.

Can it be changed to

"A new bill would make it a crime punishable by up to 15 years in prison for revealing eavesdropping programs conducted by US intelligence agencies. In addition offending parties can be fined up to 1 million dollars or receive a combination of both prison and stiff fines."
