It has been very quiet at the war front lately..

Too quiet..



Whats going on?

Is somrthing big going down, or has the war come to a halt?



Silence makes me jumpy.. makes me paranoid..

Perhaps we are waiting to start an armed offensive on someone else such as syria, or we could be waiting to help the Israeli's when they decide to roll over the golan heights in merkava's and sabra's.

Silence is always a bad thing.

There was the elections at Chechenya.. and Israeli raid on Syria..

But that was all..

No big words from Bush..

No attacks on Russians or Americans..

Nothing about Saddam, OBL or Al-Qaida..

This worries me..

And nothing real about North Korea either..

For couple of weeks now.. been quiet.. too quiet..

No hype or hysteria.. no terror..

It's always calm before the storm.

When you hear nothing from the front, it means in modern republican times that everything is going according to plan.

This should help ratchet up the paranoia. Looks as if Syria is "mad as hell, and going to take it anymore."
With Sharon saying they will go anywhere at any time to make safe Israel; Bush being fairly mum on the whole situation and this story breaking out.. I see a possible bumpy ride in the ME soon enough.

A good find observer, i don't believe Syria is bluffing either as they are never one to mince their words. I'll betcha that israel attacks anyway just to see what the Syrians will do, probably as we type there will be IDF fighters taking off

Considering our sabre rattling towards Syria, and the chatter about Syria having WMDs and possibly harboring Saddam....

Anyone care to guess at the chances that this is engineered to get the ball rolling towards taking down more of OPEC?

Syria will fight, and they will lose, but they will fight. Their military is run on old Soviet equipment and they know Israel will destroy them but as a "hardline" country they also have to save face if attacked again.

IN my oppinion, OPEC has nothing to do with this, think along the border of the future and you'll see what I'm talking about.

Even thinking revenue wise, you can see that oil doesn't have much left, desperate are we for the black tar, but ignorant we are to see that it will be over soon
