I have no clue.

Is it still happening?
What browser were you using?

Your browser is not downloading/using the "ats-style.css" stylesheet to control the font face(s), size(s), etc.

I've experienced it somewhat randomly from time to time. Try refreshing your browser. If that doesn't work delete ALL temp internet files and try again.

It happens to me too. Refreshing the page should take care of it.

It's just the page not loading in properly. Some browsers only allow a set-period of time to download the whole of a page, if they do not get it in that period of time they display what they have and this is what causes the problem.

If you hit F5 or the refresh icon than it'll reload it and all is well.
