wierd underground building

ii was out walking the dog in the hills near where i live and came across a strange shaped hill as i got close up i could see an entrance leading in side around the hill is a large fence with no signs saying what it is

Is that a house besides that place? Looks like a bunker or an underground water reservour. When I zoomed out there appears to be quite a bit of residences nearby too.

i agree it might be a underground res
but i thought it might have signs on the gate
