We don't have to guess the outcome. Mirthful Me already addressed this issue by bringing up the John Hinckley trial. Also not in the ring yet is the Kennedy assassination. If I'm not mistaken they were actually going to have a trial for Lee Harvey Oswald until Ruby did him in. Again we see justice in action here in the United States. This really puts Saddam's barbaric actions in prospective.
