What's your favorite fried food?

I'm going to hammer down on my favorite fried food at lunch today.......................fried oysters!!! Dip 'em in some mayonaise with a little horseradish mixed in. It truly is a religious experience.

Fried soft-shell crab comes in a close second.

So what's your favorite fried food? Oh and feel free to post a picture so we can all drool.

Dr. Love, you had me at oysters and soft-shelled crabs.

They're to die for ... only problem is the soft-shelled crabs are seasonal in the Chesapeake Bay area.

I made deep fried mushrooms on the weekend... to die for, especially in combo with fried zucchini

And BH.. deep fried ice cream! :shk:

I've only had it once... and it was good... but man, too much of a good thing, imo.
