The most basic jist behind the NWO idea (and you should def read infinite's write-ups), is that there is a secret group that is plotting to dominate the world and re-shape the political order of the entire world. They may do this by establishing a one world government. They may be communists, they may be fascists, they may be bankers and corporations, they may be the illuminati, or they may be the 'real' forces behind any set of those.
