War On Terror Is Over

Yes, the statement 'War On Terror Is Over' is somethin everyone will criticise, however a few things should be considered first.

1) Since the invasion of Afghanistan, terorist attacks around the globe have increased.

the 'war on terror' ended in Afghanistan!!

2) The illegal invasion of Iraq - this no longer qualifies as part of any anti-terror compain, why? Well we all know now that Bush/Blair lied to us in order to get into Iraq, nothing to do with terorism, well unless u count the fact that US/British armies have now commit more 'terrorist' acts in Iraq than saddam could have ever acomplished.

3) The Bush administrations, 'who's next' attitude! Someone needs to tell Bush and Rice that they will never convince the world to follow them again, not even Blair!!

4) All that Bush has done is entise people to be anti-american, we dont hate america, we hate the idiot in the white house.

5) Please someone tell me, how is Guantanamo bay different to a concentration camp? Is it simply the fact that these days the swastika has beed replaced by the seal of the president of the united states of america!!

Not touching it, I got better things to do with my time, I’ll just let people know to not get baited and to observe hatred at its finest.

What I'd like to know is what's the difference between the term 'enemy combatants' and 'prisoner of war is'.
I mean, how do they get away with stripping human rights away, just from a different title?
What if I was labeled an 'enemy foreign unpatriot' instead of a 'left leaning conspiracy forum poster'. What do I risk?

I think we have all gone mad, look at the protests to Vietnam, here we are now idally standing by lettin the select few run ruff-shot around the world.

I love america, and what it stands for, however the current president is a disgrace to the office he occupies and the great men that have gone before him!!

1) Could you show me proof that terrorist attacks have increased, I'm not saying you are wrong, I just would like to see.

2.) Saddam killed several thousand innocent citizens of his own country on purpose! Can you honestly say that there are no terrorists in Iraq that want to cause harm to America? No, you cant. So I think stopping terrorists counts as a viable reason for the war in Iraq.

3) What do you mean who's next? Afghanistan was totally justified, I dont even think you could dispute that. And besides everything that you say about Bush applies to Blair as well.

4) I cant argue with your opinion on whether you think bush is an idiot other than me saying I think he isnt.

5)I will tell you how it is different! They get 3 hot meals a day that are taylored around their religion and even time to pray. So you're saying that the Jews got this kind of treatment as well in the Nazi concentration camps? Now, I think the only thing that is different is that we treat our detainees way nicer than the Nazis did.
