muslims a peaceful people????

ever since this deal about the cartoons depicting mohamed we have been bombarded with images of protests, burning buildings, rock throwing and general caos. is there anything that these people don't protest or take offence to? looks to me that they just continue to prove the point that the islamic faith as a whole has a tendancy for violence for everything. as the stand up comic lewis black said. these are a people without a sense of humor. look how monty python used to depict god as an old guy with a white beard. didn't hear of any buildings getting burned down over that. why don't the "peaceful muslims" correct their own people.
