Pirate knowledge is a must in my family, seeing as how we own a reputed pirate island - not off West Africa, sadly, but you can't have everything.

Are you planning to bring on some on-and-off West Africans like England/Seeger, Lowther & Low, Cocklyn, etc? My favorite pirates are not the stereotypical Caribbean buccaneers, but the hardy souls following the Pirate Round over to Madagascar and beyond. There you have nice climate, exotic locations, intervention in tribal warfare, boarding a Chinese vessel or two, and plenty more beside.

Anyhow, keep posting, please!
