Firstly, I just want to say how ridiculous this is. He's a kid who grabbed a girl's waistband and touched some skin the process. Big deal. You tell him not to do that again and move on. If he continues to do it, then you further discipline.

Secondly, regarding the notion that homeschool causes social problems for kids, I have to disagree. In my case, I was homeschooled to the end of highschool. I had a few semi-friends my age, but mostly was around college-age people as I often was at the university where my mother taught. Anyway, my point is, kids can also adapt and homeschool is not nearly as harmful as many people say it is.
