Ok, my current workout really focuses on strength and endurance but even though i do have 10 min stretch before I workout I still feel as if my
stretching is insufficient. I would like to be able to do a split not only for my personal well being but for martial arts; I feel it will help with
kicks.
I was wondering if anyone here is able to do a leg splits and if so how did you progress to it. Do you think I can achieve them in a 4 -6 month
period?
