Lets have some real proof of this 'prediction' happening before the fact. Anyone can rubber stamp a drawing back dated. I would like to see something actually PREdicted that comes true. 6:06PM was a prediction that failed.

You guys are kidding right? Ariel Sharon has been on his death bed for well over a week now. Anybody with a stroke of luck can predict his death at this point. He's taking a gamble, and the bet is; if he's right then more people will sign up. Just to prove my point, I predict that Ariel Sharone will die on Sunday the 5th of february 2006.

It's a similar technique for his prediction about 9/11/06. This prediction is based on scare tactics. He's betting that a significant number of stupid people who see this will get scared. These people throw thier money away everyday, so they'll figure, 'hey why not throw my money at this guy, maybe he can tell me more about 9/11/06'. See my point? He's targeting certain
groups, religiuos people, scared people, poor people, and stupid people. With a group that large he's bound to get rich real fast.

This guy and others like him only add chaos to a world already torn by the lack of common sense in the American people.

will bring the entire world together in peace for 7 years?

Well to make THIS prediction true...it would stand to reason the ending of the world on 9/11/2006 a mute prediction then..........so wich one ya wanna go with? Pick a card!

Sorry I just find the irony funny............

"Step right up and PICK your prediction folks! roit THIS way!"

There will be a earthquake in California, the quake will be centered approx 50 miles NW of Sacramento CA. The quake will be a 7.1 and will cause some damage

www.briansprediction.com...

Oh my god! A quake in California!! Who'd a thunk it?
I have to admit there are some pretty funny predictions on his page.

Ok, I have a new favorite from the same page.

There will be a kidnapping of a child, the kidnapper is shown above. There may be more that one kidnapper, and the kidnapping may be sexually motivated

It's called the "Poke and Hope Prediction Method". You make vague predictions, with some specific ones thrown in. Sooner or later you're gonna get SOME of them right.

Wasn't this the guy that predicted a terror attack for 31st January this year?
I get the impression that he write hundreds and hundreds of these 'predictions' down, covering pretty much every eventuality, and brings them out and says 'look, I'm psychic!' every time one of them is a close enough match to the news.

The fact that he gloats about being 'right' about when someone is murdered (eg. Entwhistes), I find rather ghoulish.

He ran out of ruled paper and is now writing his predictions on toilet paper. This is too funny. Take a look.

Even funnier is his invention.

He wants to instantly freeze a levy when it breaks.

Personally, I've always been highly suspicious of anyone who attaches monitary gain to any kind of special 'gift'. More so if the safety and well-being of people hang in the balance. I only recently learned of his site and two predictions especially bothered me becasue of their timing.

The first was the Poison Gas/WV Coal Mine issue. He 'predicted' it and then within a day the story shows-up on CNN of the WV mines being shut down. Remember, in the first WV mine distaster the 12 miners died of poisonous gas (CO). Doesn't appear to be any terror connection but I digress...

The next was a prediction that Bush is secretly destroying documents and emails and the next day a story shows-up on Reuters about The Administration being unable to turnover emails to the CIA outting probe due to an 'email archiving problem'.

The next was the 9/11/2006 obect hitting the earth unless NASA does something. He names the object, 'Paroclus', in his 'prediction'. The next day Space.com publishes an article about 'Patroclus and its companion, Menoetius' (objects thought to be asteroids orbiting Jupiter that turn out to be comets).

These coincidences are extraordinary to say the least. The details (forget his incorrect conclusions) are uncannily accurate. Either he has some ability to 'plug-in' to the future or he has a news source that provides stories before they hit the mainstream and he lifts details and builds 'predictions' around them.

Given that alot of his predictions are directed to unknown people and concern their safety, closing his site to all but subscribers is unconscionable. This definety raises the specter of conman. That said, I have personally known someone who has a similar 'gift'. This person provided details to me that he could not possibly have known and further, details completely unknown to me that were known only to my mother and which she kept as a closely guarded personal secret. So I know that these gifts do exist.

Forget the spray-and-pray predictions, I'd like to know how he gets the details that show up.

What is he a doctor moonlighting as a prophet???? You think he could doodle clearer...

His 6:06 prediction was wrong the other day. I'll give him another chance.

Wednesday's first death, reported about 2:30 p.m., occurred when a bulldozer operator struck a gas pipeline, which burst into flames.

Technically speaking one of the miners was killed by poisonous gas.

Now I'm a cynic so I'll dismiss the option that he's a prophet. If you want to go down that route fine but don't give anyone your credit card details.

My view is this. He has an Asteroid prediction up for later this year so he has about 6 months to create an hysteria and make his money.

The mine closing is part of this storyline. The inference is that the mines might be utilized as a safe haven in the event of an asteroid collision.

My questions would be, when was this "prediction" made ? and has WV mine closure been mooted in the recently past ?

This could turn out to be a dangerous scam if believers try and go down the mines to see what's happenning.

dgtempe...

That's exactly my point. Either this guy is a conscious fraud, getting news details before we do and then inserting them in made-up predictions so they look legit or he picks stuff up and just isn't particularly great at interpreting what he picks up. The 'predictions' I listed in my last post are particularly troubling to me because of the proximity to the 'corroborating' news stories.

Here's a link to another thread on these boards that might answer the question:

www.abovetopsecret.com/forum/thread193553/pg1

It's about a computer program devloped to 'predict future events' based on what's being posted on the internet.

Apparently it's a subscription service so maybe Brian is a subscriber to it and uses it to make his own predictions and a load of money too.

Funny, I have been moitoring the site too and I dont see any of these "pre"dictions till after the fact, so they are more like "post"dictions to me.

John Bull...

Not withstanding the outrageousness of all this Brian stuff, I didn't discern any connection at all between the coal mines and the alleged asteroid impact. What I saw was 2 completely unrelated 'predictions'. And I made the point earlier that the 12 who died in the Sako mine died of CO poisoning --- though not terror related.

Mainer...

He allegedly archives his postings. Is there a way we can verify this? For example he has a posting from May 2005 that says a guy named Rob would attack people in a gay bar. There was an attack a couple days ago in a MA gay bar by a guy named Robida. Just an example.

But I agree with you. Is there proof he is actually making these predictions before they hit the news? I also emailed him and asked him to join us to field some of these questions. As if, right?

jtma508, The author, Brian, actually says that the mine closures would be a "cover story".

What other reasons would there be to stop mining and keep staff away unless it was to use them as some kind of bunker.

I think this is what he's trying to infer and therefore create the circumstances where his wider hoax of an asteroid impact gains credibility.

I think you missed this one John Bull. What he said in the 'prediction' was that they would find a stockpile of poisonous gas in one of the mines that was to be used for a terror attack on Washington, DC. As a result, the government would close all the mines using some kind of cover story rather than tell people that the gas stockpile had been found. Nothing to do with the asteroid.

What he actually says is:

Some sort of poison gas will be found in a West Virginia coal mine, has something to do with a planned terror attack in Washington DC, the US government will close all mines in the state. This is a cover-up, and the public needs to know the truth.

You wouldn't close all mines to cover up one cache of terrorist weaponry.

It's a scam and a hoax so it's all bull anyway whichever way you look at it.

I personally think he is full of mularky myself. I think he somehow is getting these stories beforehand somehow.
However, as I stated above he has made some pretty blatant predictions such as today with Sharon. It doesn't look like that one is taking place but let's see we still have some time.

Also if he dreams and sees all of these disasters then why not the Egyptian Ferry that sank today? That is a huge loss of life.

He also claims that these dream that are written down are verified by a 3rd party? Does anyone know who the 3rd party is?
Are they legit? Is it his neighbor?

I'm at work so I don't have much time to go digging into this claim

You're joking right? You think if gas was being stored in a mine for a potential terrorist attack, they wouldn't investigate the other mines??? Come on now.

I'm not saying this guy is legit, but he has allegedly accurately predictly several things. We'll have to see if Sharon dies today.
